At Mary Mother of the Church, the child is eligible to celebrate Sacrament of Confirmation when he/she reaches Year 6 and above, and have received both the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
Confirmation is the special moment in your child’s journey of faith when they are fully initiated into the Catholic Church. At this time, your child will receive the sevenfold gifts of the Holy Spirit by the anointing of the Bishop or priest to assist them in living their lives of missionary discipleship.
2024 Confirmation Program:
Enrollment period: Sunday 31st of March – Monday 22nd of April 2024
Parent Meeting: Tuesday, 23rd of April at 7:00 pm
(Meeting with parent/guardian and candidate)
Confirmation Day: Saturday, 15th June 2024
